Hello, everyone today I am going to introduce my favorite technology to you all.My favorite technology is ROBOTICS.Let me give some brief explanation about robotics, first of all before going to introduction of robotics let us know what is robotics.

Robotics is a branch in engineering college which may not be available in every college but some of the universities teaches about the working and how robots are made.They contain all process for building the robot,and other intelligent machines. The goal of robotics is to help/assist the mankind in doing the tasks which would be difficult for humans,and to keep he humans life easier in a smart way,and keep everyone safe.robotics is one of the emerging technology we can see,which most people would prefer because of vast applications of it.These days it is a trending technology which will be useful for our future generations. Let us see how the robotics has been developed since 1960's.

HISTORY

Now let me tell you how and when the robots where invented.In the year 1948 Norbert Wiener had done some practicals on robotics.Later the first robot was invented in the year 1961 which was used to move the hot metals but it kept on repeating the dangerous tasks so again  in the year 1966 Shaky the robot was developed by Stanford.

ROBOTIC FEATURES

There are many features of robotics,there may be many types of robots but they all have some similarities in them,mostly they have three common things in them which are mentioned below.

1.All the robots have same kind of mechanical works ,or the way they are being constructed to achieve some particular tasks.Say for example let us take a robot whose task is to travel across the heavy mud then the robot will be designed in the form of some truck so that it can easily cross the mud.

2.they have some electrical and power parts which are used to control the machinery present in them.So as in above example to move the truck it needs some electrical energy which will be given and then only the robot could be able to complete the task given to it.

3.Programming is the common feature for all robots as we all know that it is core to robots,even though there is nice construction of the machine and enough power supply is given to the robot but without programming that would not work properly .take the above example itself to cross the mud all are working properly but if the program is not correct it might go somewhere else and can get crashed also , so programming is the main feature which should be correctly given to robot.

APPLICATIONS

Now let us see some of the applications where robots are used and why they are used as followed below.

1.MILITARY ROBOTS

 These robots are used in military purpose from the travelling purpose to rescue and attacks.These robots help in many purposes.

2.AGRICULTURAL ROBOTS

These robots are very useful in agricultural fields , there are many latest machines which are doing the work of farmers and making the work easier for them.

3.INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS

These robots are used for manufacturing purpose,these help the humans in placing the heavy materials from one place to another.

4.DOMESTIC ROBOTS

These are most commonly called as service robots, which are used in many purposes like household,education,entertainment..etc

5.NANO ROBOTS

This is the latest technology which is also known as micro technology.The robots are used to do the things which humans can't even see through their eyes.

6.MEDICAL ROBOTS

These robots are used for the surgeries which helps doctors to do the surgery and also keeps checking the patients health.these are very helpful in medical field and can reduce the time for surgery which takes longer time. 

CONCLUSION

Finally let me conclude that robotics is wonderful and interesting subject which we all want to learn.This is really going to be very useful in future because the upcoming generations in which all the smart technologies will be coming and this robotics is going to be very useful in those.

There are both advantages and disadvantages because of robots, some may be used for good purpose and for the safety of people,and some may be dangerous as well.Robotics is a vast subject which is never ending there will be latest technologies emerging in it.Hoping that robots will make our days better in the future.
